This works great for my KP prone skin. My bumps are more under control. I don’t feel like I need to wear long sleeves constantly. I have it mostly on my upper arm area.
I also have acne prone skin on my shoulders, chest, and back area. This cream worked well for reducing the redness and the acne.
I use it after the shower. You don’t need too much to get your skin to exfoliate. Leaves my skin feeling soft.
Though I do have to wash my hands after applying because it leaves a tacky feeling if I don’t. The lavender smell isn’t too strong once applied to skin.

I’ve had this cream for about a week now. I have severely dry, somewhat flaky skin on my face since hitting 40… This cream is really helping. I’ve had a bit more flaking of dead skin but I think that’s just from the extra exfoliation of the SA. this is something my skin desperately needed. I’ve also been using a gentle exfoliant in the evening with this before going to bed. You may want to lather some extra hydration over the top if you feel you need it. I haven’t had to yet, but I may have to in the future. This is definitely worth a try, you get a generous amount of product for the price.
